Comwell Bygholm Park Horsens

A historic manor hotel surrounded by Horsens parkland.

Comwell Bygholm Park Horsens occupies a stately manor that dates back centuries, framed by the greenery of Bygholm Park. The setting feels calm and timeless, with manicured grounds, tree-lined paths, and a sense of history running through its architecture. Yet inside, the property delivers the contemporary comforts expected of a modern four-star hotel.

The interiors mix Scandinavian simplicity with the grandeur of the old estate. Guest rooms are bright and functional, fitted with sleek furnishings, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms, while some offer views over the park. Families appreciate larger layouts, and thoughtful touches like tea and coffee makers are present throughout.

At mealtimes, the on-site restaurant and bar highlight Danish ingredients, offering seasonal menus that draw from both Nordic and international traditions. The daily breakfast buffet presents a spread of local breads, cheeses, fruits, and lighter fare. Outdoors, the park provides natural trails for morning runs, afternoon strolls, or relaxed moments under old oak trees.

The hotel doubles as a hub for business and events, with spacious conference and banquet facilities. Free parking, EV charging stations, and complimentary WiFi add to the practical side of a stay here. For guests with pets, select rooms welcome four-legged companions on request.

Located just a short walk from Horsens city center and its train station, the hotel places both convenience and tranquility within reach. Museums, shopping streets, and cultural venues lie close by, while the estate’s parkland ensures quiet retreat after the day’s activities.
